- Free UK Delivery Over Β£15: Orders of Β£15 or more to mainland UK are delivered free via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked.
- Free Next Working Day Over Β£15: Choose DPD Next Working Day at checkout at no extra cost β order before 1pm, Monday to Friday.
- Orders Under Β£15: A flat charge of Β£3.99 applies, sent by Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked for next working day delivery.
- Northern Ireland: Free on orders under Β£15. Orders of Β£15 or more are sent by Express delivery for Β£10.00.
- Flexible Options: Deliveries to a neighbour, safe place, or local collection point. Updates available via email or phone.
- Easy Returns: Return within 30 days of receipt. Contact us via our contact form. We cover return shipping if the item is faulty or damaged; a returns fee applies for items no longer wanted.

Warranty
- 30 Days Return: If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process and provide a return label.
- Returns Fees: If the item is no longer wanted, a returns fee will apply. However, if the return is within the first 30 days from the purchase date, we will cover the return shipping.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Items not returned as described may be refused.

- 12-Month Warranty: Our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us to arrange a repair or replacement for any issues within this period.
- Warranty Process: We do not offer refunds for items under warranty that require repair or replacement. We will ensure the item is repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms.
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. It is strictly limited to manufacturing defects.
