UK Delivery

  • Free Delivery Over £15: Orders of £15 or more to mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales) are delivered free.
  • Free Next Working Day Over £15: On qualifying orders you can choose DPD Next Working Day at checkout at no extra cost – simply select it when you place your order.
  • Orders Under £15: A flat charge of £3.99 applies, sent by Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked for next working day delivery.
  • Northern Ireland (BT postcodes): Orders under £15 are delivered free. Orders of £15 or more are sent by Express delivery for £10.00, arriving in 1–2 business days.

Delivery Area

  • United Kingdom Only: We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only and do not ship internationally.

Dispatch Times

  • Weekdays: Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day.
  • Saturday: Orders placed before 10:00 AM are dispatched the same day.
  • Holidays: On bank holidays and UK national holidays, orders are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Options

  • Convenience: Our delivery partners offer flexible options, including delivery to a neighbour, a safe place, or a local collection point if you are not available. Simply provide your email or phone number to receive updates on your shipment.

Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns

  • Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form, and we will guide you through the process and provide a return label free of charge should the item be faulty/damaged. Returns fees are applicable for items no longer wanted. 
  • Returns Fees: If the item is no longer wanted, a returns fee will apply. However, if the return is within the first 30 days from the purchase date, we will cover the return shipping should the item be faulty/damaged. 
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Items not returned as described may be refused.

After 30 Days - Warranty Claims

  • 12-Month Warranty: Our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us to arrange a repair or replacement for any issues within this period.
  • Warranty Process: We do not offer refunds for items under warranty that require repair or replacement. We will ensure the item is repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms.

  • Return Shipping Costs: After 30 days, the cost of returning the item for warranty service will be covered by the buyer. Once the item is repaired, we will cover the shipment back to you.

  • Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. It is strictly limited to manufacturing defects.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched.
  • After Dispatch: If the order has been dispatched, please wait for the item to arrive and then follow the returns process as outlined above.

Refunds

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: The full purchase price will be refunded, excluding any return shipping fees for items returned after the first 30 days because they are no longer wanted.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
