Shipping Policy

Free Delivery

  • Service: We offer delivery via Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked, Evri Two-Day, or DPD Two-Day. We will select the best courier option for your order to ensure timely delivery. On rare occasions, we may upgrade your order to free next-day delivery, though this is not guaranteed.

    Convenience: Our delivery partners offer flexible options, including delivery to a neighbour, a safe place, or a local collection point if you're not available. Simply provide your email or phone number to receive updates on your shipment.

    Upgrade Option: For faster delivery, you can upgrade to DPD Next Working Day delivery for an additional £6. To qualify, please place your order before the 1:30 pm cut-off time, Monday to Thursday.

Dispatch Times

  • Weekdays: Orders placed before 1:30 PM from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day.
  • Saturday: Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be dispatched on the same day for 48-hour delivery. Next-day delivery is also available for Saturday dispatch.
  • Holidays: Please note, on bank holidays and UK national holidays, orders will be shipped on the next working day.

Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Returns

  • Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form, and we will guide you through the process and provide a return label free of charge.
  • Returns Fees: If the item is no longer wanted, a returns fee will apply. However, if the return is within the first 30 days from the purchase date, we will cover the return shipping.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Items not returned as described may be refused.

After 30 Days - Warranty Claims

  • 12-Month Warranty: Our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us to arrange a repair or replacement for any issues within this period.
  • Warranty Process: We do not offer refunds for items under warranty that require repair or replacement. We will ensure the item is repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms.
  • Return Shipping Costs: After 30 days, the cost of returning the item for warranty service will be covered by the buyer. Once the item is repaired, we will cover the shipment back to you.

  • Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. It is strictly limited to manufacturing defects.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched.
  • After Dispatch: If the order has been dispatched, please wait for the item to arrive and then follow the returns process as outlined above.

Refunds

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: The full purchase price will be refunded, excluding any return shipping fees for items returned after the first 30 days because they are no longer wanted.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
