Product & Usage Information

Are Hoverboards Waterproof?

We ship all orders from our UK-based warehouse, giving you fast delivery and easy returns within the UK.

How Long Does the Battery Last?

Most hoverboards last 8–12 miles per charge, depending on rider weight, terrain, and speed. Charging takes around 2–3 hours. For optimal performance, avoid fully draining the battery and always use the original charger.

What Terrain Can Hoverboards Be Used On?

Standard models are made for smooth indoor and paved surfaces. Off-road hoverboards with larger wheels can handle light gravel, dirt paths, and dry grass. Avoid mud, steep slopes, and deep cracks for safety and battery protection.

Do Hoverboards Come with a Warranty?

Yes! All our hoverboards include a 12-month warranty covering motor and electrical faults, and a 6-month battery warranty. Water damage, accidents, or misuse are not covered. Keep your proof of purchase to make a claim.

Can I Ride in the Rain or Through Puddles?

No. Even splash-resistant models can suffer damage from water entering the battery or motor compartments. Riding in rain or through puddles is not recommended and may void your warranty.

What Is the Weight Limit?

Our hoverboards typically support 20–120 kg (≈ 45–265 lb). Using a board below or above its weight limit can cause balance issues or shorten battery life. Always check model specifications before use.

Can My Child Use a Hoverboard?

Yes, for children aged 8 and up. Kids should be supervised, ride on private property, and always wear a helmet and pads. Lighter models with lower speed settings are ideal for beginners.
