Our certified-refurbished hoverboards, electric scooters and children's electric scooters have been professionally inspected, tested and prepared for resale. As refurbished products, they may show cosmetic marks or signs of previous use. These do not affect normal operation.
Warranty Period
Certified-refurbished products include a six-month warranty from the delivery date. This warranty provides:
- Repair of a confirmed manufacturing or electrical fault.
- Replacement where repair is not reasonably possible.
- A refund or price reduction where required under applicable consumer law.
We may supply professionally refurbished replacement parts or products of an equivalent specification.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers confirmed faults affecting normal operation, including:
- Motor faults
- Main control board faults
- Charging-port faults
- Internal electrical faults
- Display or control faults
- Battery faults caused by an inherent defect
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic marks disclosed or reasonably expected on a refurbished product.
- Normal wear and tear, including tyres, inner tubes, grips, brake pads and wheel wear.
- Accidental or impact damage.
- Water or liquid damage.
- Misuse, overloading or failure to follow the instructions.
- Damage caused by unsuitable terrain or improper storage.
- Using an incorrect or unauthorised charger.
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications or opening the product.
- Battery deterioration resulting from normal use, long-term storage or failure to maintain and recharge the battery properly.
- Damage caused by attaching incompatible accessories or hoverkarts.
An exclusion will not be used to refuse responsibility where the underlying problem was an inherent fault.
Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, please provide:
- Your order number and contact details.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Photographs or a short video showing the fault, where reasonably required.
- The product serial number, where available.
The product may need to be returned for inspection. It must be returned with the requested components and packaged securely. Following inspection, we will confirm whether the product will be repaired, replaced or otherwise resolved.

Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is additional to, and does not affect, the customer's statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
