- Free UK Delivery Over £15: Orders of £15 or more to mainland UK are delivered free via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked.
- Free Next Working Day Over £15: Choose DPD Next Working Day at checkout at no extra cost – order before 1pm, Monday to Friday.
- Orders Under £15: A flat charge of £3.99 applies, sent by Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked for next working day delivery.
- Northern Ireland: Free on orders under £15. Orders of £15 or more are sent by Express delivery for £10.00.
- Convenience: Royal Mail allows for delivery to a neighbour, safe place, or a local collection point if you're not in. Opt-in with your email or phone number to receive updates on your shipment.
- 30 Day Returns: Return within 30 days of receipt. Contact us via our contact form and we will guide you through the process. We cover return shipping if the item is faulty or damaged; a returns fee applies for items no longer wanted.
Warranty
- 30 Days Return: If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form, and we will guide you through the process and provide a return label*.
- Returns Fees: If the item is no longer wanted, a returns fee will apply. However, if the return is within the first 30 days from the purchase date, we will cover the return shipping.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Items not returned as described may be refused.

- Warranty Process: We do not offer refunds for items under warranty that require repair or replacement. We will ensure the item is repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms.
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. It is strictly limited to manufacturing defects.
